Share your bad eBay buyer list with other sellers. Ebay said so far in 2024, it had suspended 54,000 buyer accounts that were in breach of eBay policy, and had protected the seller performance ratings of over 60,000 sellers. You can use 'Export to text file' and add this bad buyers to 'Blocked Bidder List' on your Ebay account
This is the worst troublemaker we have ever seen in eBay since 2006 when our membership started. We shipped the item within 1 business day after the order was placed, and passed the tracking number into eBay on the very same day. Canada Customs or Canada Post caused a delay of a couple of days on the shipment, so the delivery time slightly exceeded eBay's estimation. We explained the buyer that the delivery estimation provided by eBay was just an estimation, and not some sort of guaranteed delivery time. Some times postal services may cause delays especially when Customs are also involved in the shipment. We received 56 messages from this buyer for an item of just $27.90! Lots of complaints and threats with eBay feedback! eBay removed the negative feedback he finally left. Fortunately, eBay offers a buyer blocking list. Indeed, we have permanently blocked him from future business, and we recommend all sellers do the same. WARNING SELLERS: If you receive an order from him, find an excuse so as to cancel it; otherwise prepare yourselves for real trouble and spending a lot of your valuable time with this weird dude. This guy definitely needs medical treatment!
Buyer left neg feedback after credit issued the same minute declared a problem, Frustrated for us not shipping a second time item that was never recieved
Buyer claimed it bad and refused to go about the included testing document. Buyer wanted to get it free because the return international shipping label cost more than the item' value. We ended it up refunded the buyer and he kept the item.
This is why many sellers don't sell to Canadians. They seem to be sneaky.
VERY BAD. Notice only 2 FB. This guy is just and outright thief. He knows he can steal items via GSP claiming the received and empty package. Since ebay doesn't verify anything he just does it over and over making a new account each time. Lowlife criminal shoplifter. Probably organized crime.
I follow the description to send the item.
when the buyer received, he requested additional items and threatened to give negative reviews and open the case for return.
Due to Covid 19 item was a little delayed, buyer opened a case via eBay and they decided refund her. After 4 days she received her shoes, confirmed it but does not pay.
A month after shipping the parcel, the buyer opened the case that he hasn't received the goods yet. I explained to him that due to the pandemic, the parcels were delayed, but the buyer still demanded a refund. I made a refund to him.
Some time after the refund, the tracking number showed that this buyer received the package. Thus, the buyer received the goods for free.
Warhammer 40K 2019 Battleforce Chaos Space Marines Vengeance Warband
Buyer waited >60 days before contacting eBay customer service to manually create case outside of eBay policies. No prior contact to indicate item was not received before filing. Account was only 2 days old at time of the sale with still only 2 positive feedbacks from other similar businesses. Possible stolen identity/smash & grab. Recommend do not deal.
The buyer opened the case that he didn't received the item. The buyer lives in Canada and tracking numbers are not tracked in Canada. He took advantage of this and demanded a refund. I made an official request to the postal service whether the package reached this buyer. An official response to my request from the postal service came. It said that the parcel was received by the addressee. Be aware that the buyer'll be able to take advantage of somebody once more.
Returned due to buyers remorse. Threatened with negative feedback and PayPal case if return not accepted. Ended up having to pay for shipping due to no fault of my own.
Coralife Turbo Twist 3X 9W UtralViolet Sterilizer UV for Aquarium Fish Tank
Started with so many emails about where his item was, they couldn't figure out tracking, and than escalated into item was missing parts to get a partial refund. Should have canceled right from the start.
Buyer played the "20 question" game, I proceeded to answer all questions promptly. Buyer said "No I'll Pass" for reasons unknown, the same thing happened with another item i had for sale but i ignored the buyer, knowing that the same thing will happen again. Buyer attempted to mock me for no logical reason whatsoever, buyer was then blocked promptly. Shortly after that happened, buyer decided to follows me on my page. Clearly this individual's behavior is questionable, borderline stalking if you'd ask me. Avoid Buyer, your valuable time will be wasted.
I've sold and delivered this course to 15 previous buyers with no issues whatsoever. Yesterday I spent HOURS dealing with this rude buyer. After refunding his money (not because of any problem on my end, but because at first he claimed there were only 5 videos instead of the 70+ videos in the course; then when I sent him a screenshot of the videos, he said it was a "shitty course" and demanded me to send him a different, more expensive course for free), he promptly left me my first negative feedback, in all caps, "WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!!!" Seeing that he was mistaken about the number of videos in the course (or caught lying), he quickly changed his story and said the "course is shitty" and not good, and he wants me to give him XYZ course by a different guru instead--a course that I sell for twice as much. I tell him No, I don't do that sort of thing with first time buyers. That's when he threw a fit and left the review, and opened the case in Ebay against me. He finally demanded a different, more expensive, course, instead, offering to leave me 5 stars feedback if I gave him the different course. Then he started emailing me screenshots of the refund he got (I guess he wasn't aware that I'm the one who initiated the refund). I delivered the course he purchased. Even this nightmare buyer agrees with that. But he believes I should give him anything he wants after the sale (or else!). I've blocked him from buying from me (the first time I've added a buyer to my block list). Unfortunately I can't leave his Ebay account any feedback unless it's positive feedback (explains why he has zero feedback).
HP Enterprise lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband Internal WWAN - Huawei ME906E
buyer was rude and aggressive, no need for that kind of behavior and left negative feedback already, not fair to be honest buyer cant admit he made a mistake buying wrong model of module for his HP 850 G5 laptop, on HP website is shows correct model, HP lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband - one purchased from me lt4112 is older one NOT COMPATIBLE with his laptop https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05903028 I could happily refund but not for posting as item in not faulty, buyer mistake!
Buyer Larry Graham left me a neutral with a positive comment. Never mentioned having any problems. They are now on my blocked bidder list. Also just to note I copy & paste info such as item, name, user ID, address, etc and send it to myself through an email. That way I have all the info on any buyer that gave me problems so I can also go back and search my email just in case one of those buyers changed user id, address change and so forth. Ebay don't care about it's sellers so you have to look out for yourself. Just something to keep in mind as maybe one day it will help you.
This Buyer has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. She bought a bag and then demanded a dustbag for it. There was no dustbag included in our listing, so she accused me of taking it out of the listing, just so I could cheat her. She paid for Priority Mail shipping but expected Express delivery. The Post Office did take a long time to get the package there, but it was trackable the entire time. This didn't stop her from emailing me, every couple of days, to call me a liar and a cheat, for not delivering her bag to her. I had to explain to her, multiple times, that the USPS was delivering her bag, and not me. She then opened a case on eBay, for "item not delivered, " even though tracking was still active. Once the case was escalated to eBay, they closed the case, in my favor. She then immediately opened a case on Paypal stating: "Buyer: I was charged additional fees for import charge I've already paid the shipping fee why do I need to pay import charges. I want my full refund I refused the item." So, she refused delivery of the item, even though all our listings clearly state that customs fees, taxes, etc., are NOT included in the shipping cost, and are the Buyer's responsibility to pay (standard terminology for most online sellers.) Along with all these cases she has opened, trying to get her money back, for a bag she just refused delivery on, she has continually sent me emails, thru eBay, calling me a liar, or stupid, or a cheat, or she drops the F Bomb as well (F****** liar, or F****** cheater, etc.) I have already reported her to eBay 2-3 times for her actions and emails. I think this Buyer deserves to be on this list and many others for her horrific attitude and actions.
Buyer Lee Ann DesRosiers is from Canada but used a US address to buy. Her statement "I just picked up my Package from the UPS Store today. I live in Canada, so I usually have my E-Bay Items shipped to Detroit, Michigan. It s much cheaper for me to just cross the Border to get them. Anyways, when I opened up the Box, I discovered that 2 of the 3 Ornaments were Broken into pieces! I will gladly return them, but I know that they will just end up in the garbage. Sadly, they are beyond repair." I do not ship to Canada so she conned me into a US address that I did not know was a UPS store. Blaming me for items broken but package stayed at the UPS store for over 2 weeks. I ship USPS not UPS so I should not be held liable.
opened paypal AND ebay cases weeks before delivery estimates.
was aware of the delivery times by us and ebay.
Unfair feedback (removed by ebay) misuse of buyer protection
