The buyer opened a dispute regarding the fact that the goods were not received. The parcel was already in his department, when I told him that he could pick it up, he told me that he no longer needed it and demanded a refund. Then he took it and the dispute closed automatically after updating the track information. I recommend that you be careful with this buyer as he tried to get a refund through deception.
