Buyer purchased 2 x unique discount voucher codes messaged after using 1 saying it was giving them a warning about duplicate purchase - we responded giving advise how they need to either tick the box saying its not duplicate purchase or clear cache etc
they didn't reply then 2 days past messaged demanding a refund and now left negative feedback saying the codes didn't work when they messages saying they did 0 and we checked the codes and they have been used!
