| Problem Summary: | Buyer purchased an game. Upon receiving it they:
- Complained about visible cosmetic issues which were seen in the listings photos.
- Were extremely rude, aggressive and belligerent.
- They claimed the game was not working and wouldn't save.
- Made a bunch of claims that were lies and things they had no way of knowing.
They sent me a message going bonkers, I asked them to open a return case and said I'd provide a 100% refund upon receiving the item back. the return is not an issue, I offer the returns to everyone who wants to and don't have a problem with returns because they give my buyers piece of mind.
Problem is, the buyer was being very aggressive and began accusing me of not testing the game. I assured them that I tested the game and that it worked, but couldn't test the save battery because it takes up to an hour of game-play tutorials to get to a save point.
They then called me a liar, said it wasn't starting and save wouldn't work and was just rude and aggressive in general. I asked how they got an hour into the game to test the save if the game was working, since I caught them in a lie I told them I was accepting their return request but blocking them because their lies made it seem like they were fishing for a free game & refund.
Next day they gave me a negative feedback (completely expected this tbh) but they told lies in the feedback, they misrepresented what I said (I had told them I did test it but they said I admitted to not testing it) and continued their lies about the games condition.
Just a difficult buyer and their feedback left for others (if filtered to only see their fb to sellers not buyers), shows that they are a common negative feedback leaver. |
