Buyer purchased a laptop that was listed "for parts / not working". He attempted to repair the laptop, but was unsuccessful. He then tried to return the laptop, even though the listing stated that no returns were allowed. He circumvented the no-returns policy by opening a case claiming that the item was "not as described". Ebay sided with the buyer, even though the listing clearly stated the item was defective. I had to pay for return shipping and I received a laptop that had clearly been worked on.
