| Problem Summary: | Sold an baseball cape. After receiving buyer claim item is damaged. So i request him to send a image of damage part of item. Then he left bad feedback. I was trying to solve the problem but he misuse the feedback policy without giving me any chance to solve the problem. Which is feedback extortion. |
