Item was fine and this was not disputed. Buyer wanted a VAT invoice (no doubt to claim the cost back through a company). As I'm not VAT registered (not big enough) my invoice did not have a VAT number. He therefore left negative feedback. His history shows a larger number of neg and neutrals left for others than seems resonable. I managed to get ebay to remove the neg.

I received positive feedback from her and I left a positive one for her as well. She also sent me a message, saying how happy she was with the handbag. A few days ago, she open an 'unauthorized charge' on PayPal, trying to get her money back. Also, on the same day, she changed her userID from sannesbagsandbeauty75 to johann18.04. Luckily, PayPal closed the case a day later in my favor.

Item was shipped Global and buyer Caglar Mugele claimed this item was used. It was new in the box and still had the tab that needed to be removed before use in place. They opened a case but never responded to any questions I asked including enclosing any photos. Ebay ended up closing the case and didn't take my money but they also paid this joker back his refund out of a fund they have.
