Sold an expensive Lladro piece that was shipping in original box bubble wrapped and double boxed. on the 30th day adter having had the item for 30days, sends message with a broken lladro in pieces while still showing the original box intact and claims it was broken. Tryin to pull a fast one me and defraud and missuse the Ebay return policy. Has been reported to Ebay as well.

I explained I had an issue with an item and willingly refunded this person right away, but they still caused me trouble asking me to explain myself and then left me bad feedback, on an item they were refunded at no expense to themselves.
They are also listed as being in China, which I explicitly do not ship to anyways.
