Buyer sent many messages over many days, 25+. They had MANY issues before the item was even sent but requested it still be sent. They would become unreasonably upset when they wouldn't receive a response immediately, even when responded within 30 mins. Immediately requested a return on arrival (as expected). Stated untrue issues. Left negative feedback immediately and requested a return. Looking at the buyers profile its clear they wanted to resell this item and maybe the deal was not good enough for them. They ruined my 100% feedback score.

Claimed not as described because buyer decided they didn't like the ingredients after ordering and trying the item then reading the ingredients when they where clearly shown in the listing

Frye Boots

This was the worst buyer that I've ever dealt with on eBay. She tried to con me into sending her two pairs of boots. When they were sold in separate auctions. But she acted as if she'd paid for both. When I even sent her proof that it was only one pair. Emily Fang has a rotten reputation, and leaves a disproportionate amount of negative feedback for sellers who don't deserve it. I've also reported her to eBay months ago, but waited until now to put her on this list, for fear that she'd ruin my perfect feedback out of spite.

Sony Camcorder

This is a big seller account on ebay. They buy items and try to sell them in their store. If it doesn't sell, they open a return on the 30th day exact and claim it's defective. No business is waiting 30 days to check if an item is defective. They lied to me thinking I couldn't tell that they were a business and knew exactly what they were doing.

Concert Ticket

Purcahsed Item which was sent to them, they claimed not received but they used it as when we checked the item was no longer valid for use which means that they had used it to claim the item.

NEW Buyer lied and scammed me. She made threats. 9 days after getting her package she files a refund request because there was nothing in the box but paper. We have never had a situation like this. We get praised all the time on our packaging and our great service. We have never once made a mistake on a shipment.

Video Games

This is a bad seller who fakes information in listings to prey on uninformed buyers. Seller had a listing that stated a region free game for PS2.
I asked them some information on how it was region free since no games on that system are, they are just guessing. Provided them with proof that the game was not region free, so they may edit their listing and buyers don't accidentally get deceived, they refused to change the listing and got pretty rude. Ended up blocking them because that was not the only case of inaccurate information in their listings. Hoping someone can see this and not get had. Just do your research first if you choose to buy from them because their info cannot be trusted. I almost like $600 if I didn't double check first.

Video Game

Buyer said item arrived in not working condition so I offered a full refund once they returned it. The buyer opened the return then launch into a full rant about how I should give them a full refund and let them keep the item. Buyer not intending to return item and is trying to use "Item Not Working' as a way to get free items, feedback indicates this is not a first time doing this.

Computer Parts

Buyer has only around 105 feedback left for others over 45 are negatives, a handful of the positives are all claiming 'gifts' or 'refunds' indicating this is a serial INAD buyer who says items dont work then may threaten a negative as payback if they dont get a full refund. Buyer low-balled. He has over 300 feedback score but it seems lots of those are also calling him out for being a terrible buyer and the rest seem mostly like automated feedback left after a buyer pays (STOP DOING THAT PEOPLE, SET IT TO ONLY LEAVE ON RECEIPT OF POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM A BUYER)

4k Video sunglasses

Buyer purchase those 4k video sunglasses from me, which I send with signature request, due to the high value of the item. Package arrives at buyer location, but buyer is not there to sign. Package have been held at the post office since a week now, and buyer refuses to go pick it up, using all kind of excuses. So, the package will be coming back my way, and I fear that this buyer just wanted to waste my time and money, due to the "free" shipping fees + signature requested fees.

Buyer is from Hawaii and order something from me shipped from California. Power inverter sent quickly with FREE shipping and with signature at receipt due to high cost. Item arrives at buyer's location but buyer is not home and thus item sent to post office for pickup. Item stays in post office for a week, as buyer don't go to pick it up, despite messages from me to remind him about this item waiting.
Finally, buyer pickup the inverter and right away start a return request with the following reason: "Return Reason
Just didn't like it".
Wasted time and money on this buyer. Buyer is blocked now too. Seller beware!

I had massive problems with this guy back in March 2024 trying to buy my Ubiquiti access points from me and exposing their buyer IDs as I cancelled each time. All three belong to the same technology reseller based in Plano, Texas. This guy will buy tech from you and then extort a lower price (like 50%) for their reselling business. If you don't cooperate fully it's negative feedback time. I have never seen so much negative feedback left for others - amuse yourself during a coffee break. Total and complete abuse. This business owner is the definition of scumbag.

Two Pokemon figures

This buyer bought two figures from us, but days after receiving the package he opened an INR case claiming one of the figures are missing. In anticipation of events like this, we took a photo of the items packed together before actually shipping them out, so we used that in our defense. He immediately apologized for the "mix-up" and finally backed out, although the INR case wouldn't have been a problem to deal with (with or without the photo) since the tracking says the package has been delivered. He was clearly trying to steal one of the figures and would likely try again with another seller, so we also left feedback on his profile to try and warn other sellers.

GoPro Hero 9 camera and accessories

Buyer bought a GoPro Hero 9 + lot of accessories from me. Two month later after receiving everything, he messaged me saying he wanted to return for refund. I denied it, and fortunately eBay supported me, since my 30 days return window was over.
I think he just wanted a "free rental" action camera for his vacations, and tried to return the gear afterward. Seller beware!

Poppy Playtime plush set

Buyer originally contacted us about the item being severely damaged from shipping. We discussed and agreed upon filing damage claims from two companies (one we could only file after 12/16). He was understandably upset but in the end AGREED to wait until our claims are approved, however about a day later he decided to exploit eBay's return system without messaging us first. We understand it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but the fact that he lied to us proved him to be untrustworthy and two-faced.

Fraudulent Return. Buyer will use your item for about a month, then once they are done programming their vehicle, they send the item back to you and make up a fake return excuse. This buyer's excuse one month later was "too slow" lol. Be careful out there sellers.

We decided to cancel his order

The same day they made their purchase they began demanding we ship the item immediately. ie: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP, I PAID IMMEDIATELY! WAITING FOR MY ITEM! The listing he purchased had a 2 day shipping gap I noticed that this nightmare customer is already on this list but I wanted to reaffirm that they're vile and nobody deserves to deal with them. Worst "human" I have dealt with in 25 years of eBay and the reason I signed up for this site.

Buyer has been blocked.

I sold 1 very nice sapphire and gave him 2 additional sapphire gifts

I was given the wrong shipping address so I promptly sent a replacement stone that was worth at least twice as much as the buyer paid, I also gave him two additional sapphires just to really be nice. The buyer gets the stones and completely lies about the stones their quality, how long they took to get there. And then he leaves bad feedback. I had a 100% rating and his one comment brought me down to 98.6% and if you know eBay you will know that means a lot of business lost. I honestly went above and beyond for this buyer and he completely scammed me.

Buyer bought vintage camera and body caps from multi-piece listings that were VERY clearly labeled in both TITLE and description as "1 cap per sale, " then cancelled and got abusive and whined like a crybaby that my listings were "deceptive, " since the item photos showed more than one piece. At the time of checkout, it even specifically gave him him the option to choose how many he wanted to buy, and he still thought he was entitled to the entire lot. Yet another low-IQ, but highly entitled eBay moron.

Purcahsed we sent digitally via ebays message system - they recevied them then said they wanted a refund - we told them we cant once we ahve sent them to them. they then got all abusive threating -ve feeback is we didnt refund, they left -ve feedback ebay removed this then they did frudualant not recevied claim on ebay and at the same time they listed the tickets for sale on ebay! talk about DUMB! anyway after a lot of harrassment in ebay messages and in the duspute, ebay steped in the found that I was not at fault and it was the buyer at fault they have now been reported for FRUAD / trying to obtain goods by deception, they also stole images and item descriptions also!

Shipping delays are obviously out of sellers' control but this buyer is likely one of those people who do not understand that and would solely blame the seller. Also, one of the photos in the listing for the sold item clearly shows the item's height which the buyer probably overlooked.

Buyer claimed the scarf has normal odor on it and requested a return. The scarf had been professionally dry cleaned and has no perfume or strange odors.

This buyer opened a return request while the item was STILL IN TRANSIT with the reason being "changed mind". Sent them a message immediately with instructions on how to refuse the package so we wouldn't have to pay for a return label (and also a request to close the return), but the buyer never replied! Ultimately decided to just refund the buyer, aka give them the item for free due to the low cost. Block asap!

ZORKI-2C Rangefinder Film Camera

The customer purchased the camera from me, received it and did not contact me after receiving it, leaving only negative feedback that the camera was broken. The camera was thoroughly tested before shipment to make sure it was in good working condition and free of defects.
I contacted the buyer to find out why, and he said that the repair cost was more than the price of the item on eBay. The buyer then disputed and attached a photo of the camera disassembled.
The buyer is a scammer. He is trying to mislead us by breaking a working camera and thinking that he can cover the repair costs on the seller's back. He demanded that he send the broken camera back and get his money back. eBay resolved the dispute in favor of the buyer. The buyer did not send the camera back.
